BCA Portbury

I went for an MG Self Collect, which was a first for me at this particular site. Very well sign posted, the security staff very helpful and understanding that it was my first visit. He gave clear instructions where I needed to go, and who to report to.Office staff equally helpful and friendly, also gave clear instructions where to find the car. (Although, the car was not in the designated space, so took some finding)Overall, one of the best BCA sites I been to so far.

Cracking little auction site. Plenty parking for transporters. Quick & efficient service with regards to collecting documents & keys for cars.

Best BCA site to pick cars from. They know what they are doing. Car was brought to me parked with lots of room so I could check it over. All other BCA sites should ask them how to do the job the right way

The lads get the vehicles out to you fairly quickly, but do you really need 7 people in the two porta cabins to do a two man job? Someone needs to send an undercover boss in there to see how ridiculous and incompetent some of the staff are.

I was nit aware I needed a Hi Vis jacket to enter site - that's fair enough.. However, the lady at security, clearly with attitude issues was soo rude it was unbelievable - said your not coming in, read the sign and stand behind the gate.. When I asked where can I get a jacket from... She said walk 30 min and you may find one.. She was soo rude.. Anyway, I made a call to BCA Management who gave me a jacket within 5 min - I then entered site, and saw two ladies walking around without any Hi Vis Jackets - I challenged the same security woman who could not give me an explanation to why they were not wearing Hi Vis Jackets! I have no issue with BCA - I have an issue with this BIG lady at security who's security badge has got to her head.. Be warned, if going to Portbury.. take a Hi Vis Jacket and some extra food for the security dept

Missing a lot of signage on premises to point to the correct building.

I had never been before and it's so big that its daughnting but everyone was so helpful especially the guys on the security Lodge.

Had pick up some vans, here and health and safety is key here, had a site induction and the security people was 5 stars.
