They worked tirelessly and skillfully to make the whole buying process as easy as possible, and even though as buyers we weren't officially their client, we were kept in the loop every step of the way. David and Alexis were beyond EXCELLENT when selling our house - on market 3 days and 2 viewings later we were under offer! David explained painstakingly the whole process through with us and was available on the phone 24/7 to answer any queries or concerns we had with the process - helping and advising us on Solicitors, forms etc. Alexis was a calming influence on me in particular when I got stressed and was very informed on the local market. Have recommended MM to everyone I know!!! As and when we move again they will be our first port of call!

The team, lead by David Smith, provided considered, honest and sound advice throughout. They were available and responsive for me and purchasers. David negotiated the first deal cajoling the vendor, a local land owner and he knows most of them, over many months of dedicated work. His subsequent knowledge of potential buyers led to guide price offers for our house in a couple of weeks, all off market, which was a great relief.
