My father has been very ill. Lost his wife a year before. He’s had to move, and the TVs in Hire went into a cupboard and he simply forgot about them. He’s been paying in full for many years. I explained this - they still want 1 month notice and another month payment to cancel!!

I used R&M for 3 years and I have to say they have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They’re flexible, understanding and always happy to help out in any way possible. I’m just sad I’ve moved away from the area and can’t use them anymore

Excellent service ! Extremely knowledgeable and competent with very experienced engineers. The £25 initial assessment is extremely reasonable and a full report is provided before any repairs and concluded. Repairs include a one year guarantee. My Samsung LCD TV and Onkyo amplifier we both diagnosed as beyond repair by other repair centres, but R&M were able to fully repair both items at a very reasonable cost.

For a few years, I've been looking for someone locally to service and repair my Thorens record player. I found R&M Rentals on the Internet and decided to call them. A very knowledgeable chap called Malcolm answered, which left me feeling confident in their level of technical skills. I've just picked up the deck, and the work is beyond my expectations. The arm is rebuilt and set up professionally. The rest of the deck is purring. Thanks, Malcolm, for real customer service and all your work and expertise. I couldn't be happier!
