The food was fabulous and was still hot on arrival. The staff from previous orders have been helpful and they made me feel welcome. I would highly suggest ordering from here if you need food for a group because they have always been able to supply and delivery food perfectly with no mistakes.

I was appalled by what I saw when I went in to order on Wednesday. There was a group of children ahead of me and the lovely girl who I always see working was serving them. She had finished serving them when a boy asked for more chip spice because he had none. She smiled and said something took the chips and put chip spice. This resulted in an argument with her coworker he ripped the chip spice from her. Still she smiled and handed the chips back to the young boy which I applaud her for being so calm. And then the young boy asked for chip spice on another bag of chips for his friend. She smiled again and said of course. As she went to put chip spice on the chips the older man who had a cap on ripped the chip spice out of her hands and threw it on the ground beside her shouting in another language before storming off. The girl stood for a moment and then turned to the boy gave him his chips and smiled apologising for the inconvenience and wished them all a happy day. This young girl who is always amazing and smiling whenever a customer comes in should not be treated so disgustingly. I give the stars for her wonderful service. If you want to keep customers do not treat your staff so horribly. That girl is wonderful and should not be spoken to like that. She deserves respect and a raise which I hope she gets or she should leave this job and find one that respects her.

Editing my review, it was 5*Where do I start? The guy on the phone was arrogant and rushy, wasn't even slow ordering the food.Food came, and was sub-par at best. I know a takeout food is greasy but I think these guys were trying to set a new record.Some of the chips were also undercooked and gritty.At least it was warm, even if it wasn't enjoyable. Going elsewhere from now on.

Food used to be banging, ordered from here once/twice a week regularly until it came with a big blonde hair in. Called the restaurant and the manager laughed saying ‘we’ve all got brown hair so how’s it got in there’ extremely unprofessional and lost a loyal customer. Disgusting.

Disappointing, the first takeaway I got from here was beautiful.. see photos. Tonight I ordered food and after an hour I rang and checked because I hadn't received it. I'm a cool gal, I know the score, I gave my address and checked they had my order. They confirmed, I said okay, no rush, waited another 40 minutes. Their website has been faulty for months, nobody contacted me to say I was down for collection only as the delivery option wasn't working. Also I could only choose the cash only option so they phoned me.. your order is ready for collection". I said it was for delivery

I went in a few weeks ago to place a large order to be delivered to a party this weekend. The lady in the shop was really helpful, as had been the man i first spoke to on the phone who referred me to their meal deal menu. The 30 pizzas, 20 chips and 3 garlic breads all arrived on time and still very hot. They were enjoyed by all at the party. Would definitely recommend titanic.
