Was fast and polite service, very busy but expected at lunchtime. Only reason 5 stars weren't given was my food, although tasty looked like it had been juggled before being handed to me, burger all messed up and more fries in the bag than in the fries box.

McDonald’s rarely manage to serve their chips hot and Bridgwater was no exception. However, although Ididn’t have to wait too long for the food, there were no serviettes or sugar/stirrers provided with the hot drink. As a regular visitor to McDonald’s, I do think their customer service has in some locations, fallen short in latter times. On a positive note, the Christmas cups are very festive.

I'm a Delivery Driver and just wanted to say how great one of the servers who works there is. His name is Milan. He's always cheerful and positive and willing to give a helping hand in any area. He's attentive and super efficient. Milan's a true asset to McDonald's and they're very lucky to have him. Thank you Milan. Lloyd

We went through the drive through as a family of 6. Was asked to park up. Waited 20 minutes, nothing. Went indoors, found the food sat on the side and cold. Had to wait another 15 minutes for the food to be remade. Only then to find out my wife's food was missing, so had to go back in again. We won't bother again.

Just spent £20 on two large meals and both burgers were barely warm fries barely warm and coke was flat plus had no ice. Server's took minutes to turn around and ask why I was standing at counter. Wanted to throw my drink over them an walk out.

Order wrong again and again and again and again and again and.....again. Its my stupid fault for coming back each time as I can't remember a time when I get what I ordered. Clearly run by idiots that prefer to perv at young staff members rather then making sure their customers get what they actually ordered, look at all the reviews, everyone complaining about bad service, the manager should be sacked. Stop doing it to yourselfs people and go to KFC you stand a good chance of getting food you actually ordered (Tastes better too)

Often go here for a coffee as part of our guide dog puppys' training. Staff are always lovely and helpful. Coffee is very good value. Only negative is that the app is awful. It won't even open, so we can't collect or use points.

Worst McDonald's ever! Not allowed to order the food you want as staff can't be bothered! Waiting 5 minutes just to order food at drive trough. I got the same every more for the last 8 days! Girls can't talk without laughing and being rude. This morning I turned round and said don't bother ill go elsewhere! I just had enough of their bull! Mornings are the worst
