Proper, personal customer service from a fantastic local company. These guys know how to do business.I visited the warehouse and they took care of me from the moment I arrived.Delivery of what I needed came a couple of days later... All top quality wood (decking) and a very friendly driver. Will be ordering again.

I visited the Beckenham store on Thursday. I had an unusual request and i needed specific dimensions for two blocks of wood. The staff were so helpful and made sure i got what i needed - they went over and above to accommodate. Thanks so much - I would highly recommend them

Advice given by staff is pretty poor and ended up with wrong products being sent. Staff refuse to acknowledge they've made a mistake and blame it on the customer.
