Popped in the 1 near primark today on the way out of meadowhall and had a muffin and coffee . Fresh tasty and a lovely coffee. Shop very clean & lady behind counter short blonde ish hair who served me was very pleasant & welcoming. Would definitely return & try other items available

Lovely place for a coffee and food, plenty of vegan options and polite and friendly staff. The coffee and cakes are fab. The seating area is quite spacious. It is clean. Highly recommend their choice of muffins.

If I could give 10 stars I would, the stuff where polite and helpful.Fresh homemade baguette was full of tasty fillings and delicious.I highly recommend this place.

I went in the one near Primark today with my Nannan and all the staff were very helpful, they brought our tray over for us and were all very friendly and well mannered. The coffee was hot and made exactly how we asked for it to be made. The muffins were well baked and tasted amazing. Would definitely recommend going and we will definitely be making a return.

Bad, BAD customer service who let down the coffee shop, because the coffees and food are good; though of course, for the price it should be!This Thursday morning, 29 June 23 we visited the Meadowhall Bakers & Baristas located in the middle of the shopping mall, not the one at the far end of the mall for which I cannot speak. So, it was our first time here. We were terribly shocked: the lady at the counter was not pleasant at all, not welcoming, not wishing to talk to us...we are customers-people, you know, not objects. She had to make our two flat white, and put the hot sandwich in the oven but it seems a painful experience for her to serve us. In fact, when my husband collected the tray with the cups and the food he was ignored completely by this lady who did not look at him once. It could be that she has troubles at home or feels sad or what? To be fair the flat white tasted very nice, was hot, but also very expensive. The sandwich was ok, and also very expensive. A bad experience for us; one we won't repeat. Despite remaining polite we were treated with complete disregard: this is NOT RIGHT. Do something about it Bakers & Baristas, it isn't the first review about very poor customer care in your company. Why is this? There is so much competition in this world of coffee shop; surely, you would want to shine ??

Food was amazing there was a wide variety of sandwiches, pasties and other food. The iced drinks were lovely I had the passion fruit iced lemonade and I highly recommend it. Our server was Maria she was lovely and looked after us and made sure to see if we needed anything else for the duration of our visit.The server Maria made us want to come again. Thanks again Maria.

One the staff walked over to my table, removed my food without asking and then replaced it with her own personal lunch. There were plenty of other tables available. The lady who was sat next to me was gobsmacked. Incredibly rude.

Disappointing. Popcorn Latte was £4.15 for a small and tasted like any other latte. The ice coffee with oat milk vanilla wasn’t great. Tea was fine, but food was overpriced so didn’t bother. Probably wouldn’t go again.
