Booked a table yesterday for today on my wedding anniversary. Was made to feel welcome from the person taking the booking, walking in today and throughout the entire 2 hour stay. What amazing happy staff who actually enjoyed their jobs. Greeted with some complimentary bubbly as they remembered it was our special day. Starters, mains and desert a gastronomic delight and off we went but not before a couple of limoncellos on the house. Will definitely return. Thanks all at Zaza x

Have been to Zaza’a a few times with my other half. Every time we have been made to feel special and nothing is too big a deal to sort.If you are lucky enough to get Roxie then you are certainly in luck! Amazing memory for faces and a real genuine interest to make you feel special. She is an absolute gem there - thank you for another amazing evening ❤️

the food is very average, it's definitely Italian food but without much flair I would say. my ravioli was too salty and the linguini pasta was not salty enough. in general, the food was prepared correctly, but there is definitely a lack of freshness, modernity, variety, etc. I realize that it is a chain, so you cannot count on a variety of flavors or menus, and that is why I give 4 stars because it is my conscious choice, but if it were not a chain it would definitely be 3 stars.Service very lovely and friendly, atmosphere great too.

Extremely happy with the service and food. Great and friendly staff members, smiling and always polite. Food arrived quickly and fresh, as expended in a restaurant. This is a place to visit anytime, very friendly and approachable, great customer service. Not the first time visiting and surely coming back once more.

Lovely Italian restaurant in Harpenden, definitely recommend. All the food was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lunch menu has a really good price too.

Dined here last night with my boyfriend for our anniversary. Excellent service, the waiters were friendly, attentive and went out of their way to make our anniversary special with prosecco on arrival and complimentary shots and a Happy anniversary message. The food was delicious and great value for money. The restaurant itself is very pretty with both downstairs and upstairs seating. The overall experience was 10/10

Great food, beautiful restaurant and staff are always lovely, always nice and clean. Had the spaghetti Bolognese which was absolutely gorgeous, husband had the meatballs and son had pizza, they both said their meals were lovely.

The food was good, but portions in starters were heavy. It all felt a bit too cheesy and stuffy. The atmosphere was also a bit too noisy, I was expecting a quieter place.Great service, people are friendly and courteous. They have seating both upstairs and downstairs, maybe the upstairs ones are better. Also perhaps for vegetarians the food options are cheese heavy. Other options might be better.PS: your bill comes with a discretionary 12.5% just so that you’re aware

What a beautiful restaurant , so pretty inside with an olive tree , has an upstairs too. Food was totally 10 out of 10. We were there to celebrate a birthday. Service was great and atmosphere was amazing. Not noisy at all great for group parties or just dining out with a friend. Totally recommend
