Absolute joke of a place, cancelled half of my wife’s appointments, charged her twice because they can’t seem to work out how own staff are paid, then refused to refund some of the payments! Self employed or not, it all comes under your own brand name! Which looking at other reviews, is pretty shocking! Oh and then decided to not send part of the payment back because my wife cancelled one appointment as she had covid! Avoid!!!! Rachel has no business sense at all.

I’ve had my lashes done by Naomi and I’ve been extremely happy every time ! She goes over and beyond to make sure I’m happy . Couldn’t recommend enough !! Xx

Many thanks to Naomi for making my nails beautiful today with a biab infil manicure. I chose cranberry. Naomi was patient whilst I chose, even offering to mix a special colour & made sure I was happy with the shape & colour I chose before curing. She was also very gentle when I pointed out my hands are painful. Always a pleasure to visit The Glam Studio in Coleham. Kay xx

Horrendous policy’s and customer service.Have taken my money.This salon made me an appointment.Then gave the appointment to someone else. Didn’t tell me they’d done so.Still took the deposit payment.Let me turn up for the appointment at 9am on a Saturday.2 days later they still haven’t refunded me.Unreal.Appalling customer service and management.

having attended this salon with my daughter recently for a treatment I can honestly say what a totally unprofessional environment this salon is.The management would benefit from taking note of some of the criticisms within reviews rather than falsely accusing people of being liars and the condescending term “hun” which seems to be a common thread!I would discourage anyone from using this salon, if you’re left with something you’re not happy with you are immediately met with anger and a total lack of care

Had my hair done by Gina today and she was absolutely brilliant,happily talked me through everything & listened to what I wanted,it didn’t feel rushed at all! My hair has never looked better,she’s done a beautiful job!! The other ladies in the salon were also welcoming & friendly. Definitely recommend!
