I would have given five stars. The hire car was great and in good condition. The communication was good also until the end. My car was brought back and I still had the hire car. I called to have it collected and explained I could not leave it at work. I was put through to the car hirer and the manager came on and was completely rude on the phone telling me they have no staff and anything that happens to the car even though the rental is terminated is my responsibility. I explained after midnight if it gets a ticket it is not my responsibility. After telling me to sling my hook and they are coming in the afternoon. They then send someone at 0600 in the morning when I wasn’t at work yet. It’s a shame your service was let down by this nasty woman.

Initially was worried after reading reviews but overall had a fab experience after being involved in a non-fault accident. Kept up to date throughout the process and claim was settled within a month. Car was unfortunately a write off but received cheques for value swiftly. Fab service

This was my first experience with Auxillis. I needed a replacement car, I can only drive automatic. This has proven to be a challenge. But Marcus kept updating me every day, and I received my car exactly when it was most needed. What is important to me is that their customer service is reachable and responsive. Marcus, Monica took an ownership of the issue, they did not hide behind robots. Their drivers are also very good (Matthew), who brought back to me the goods I left in the car. In general, I am happy with the service.

Terrible service. One week in still unresolved.Avoid at all cost.Car was supposed to turn up before 4 pm on Monday, received a call, 4:10 ‘ heads up, your car isn’t coming’. And during all found out wrong Car in a lower group was going to be delivered. Discussed getting the correct car sent out the next day. 8 am next day incorrect car was dumped and key posted through letterbox. Received a call, 30 minutes later advising.Customer Service has been terrible won’t help, told me a five door car is a five door car.Loads of agents, take the call and promised to investigate. Complaints get put on an eight week wait.Avoids at all costs

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE HANDLE YOUR CLAIM.I use my van for work and have missed 4 days specifically due to their bad organisation. Had one of their people (due to conduct the initial estimate of repairs) cancel on the day and ask to reschedule because they were going on ‘emergency annual leave’They declared by vehicle undriveable due to a small dent in the rear bumper. Took them 2 months to send a courtesy car. Took them 3 months to repair a dent.Finally, I’ve been told my car is coming back to me but they’re now refusing to collect their rental vehicle on the same day as my vehicle is being returned to me. They’ve also cancelled my right to drive the rental vehicle so I have no way of moving it to a free parking space, even if that was possible in central london.Furthermore, they’ve refused to pay for the parking while I have to wait for the return of my personal vehicle as they say parking is ‘too expensive’Filed a complaint 3 weeks ago, have yet to hear anything but I honestly cannot wait to speak to the financial ombudsman when I get my letter of completion regarding the complaint.

My insurance company arranged a hire car through Auxillis while my car was being repaired. The car was delivered and it was a very shabby specimen. Though it was claimed it had been valeted there was detritus in the door pockets and a half full bottle of drink (I assume!!!) rolling around on the floor in the back. The inside of the windscreen was badly smeared making it dangerous to drive at night and in sunshine. After 2 days use I discovered that ALL 4 tyres were dangerously under-inflated. Now, to top it all, after returning the car 2 months ago I have started to get scam letters from a supposed debt collection agency quoting Auxillis Ltd so it would seem someone within the company is leaking address data in breach of GDPR rules. If you need a hire car go elsewhere!!!

Auxillis are a hire and accident management company.They are the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of coming into contact with.Following a non fault accident, where the third party accepted blame and liability, I was sent a hire van and experienced nothing but problems.I contacted their company frequently for updates and when after two months, I questioned the lack of progress,they said the file was down as information only and cancelled my hire.I had to file a complaint for them to extend the hire.On several occasions throughout my claim they withdrew my hire with little to no warning.I would then spend hours on the phone with several departments to have the hire extended, as my claim still had not been paid/settled.I was told I have 7 days of hire from receiving settlement.After months of this, the company wrongfully withdrew my hire without my knowledge and in spite of a conversation and agreement made with a manager at head office.This resulted in police coming to my property at 1am with a recovery truck and seizing the vehicle with thousands of pounds of power tools inside.No correspondence was sent to indicate the vehicle hire had been withdrawn or that it was reported stolen.Auxillis would not tell me where my tools were for 4-6 weeks.When they did, I had to pay for another van to drive the 100 mile round trip to a third party repair company to collect my tools. Upon arriving at the repair company the van was taken to, and being escorted to the van, I found someone had been in it and had removed my tools.I reported this to Auxillis who assured me they would address the issue. Instead they have intentionally delayed the complaint, exhausting procedures in attempt to alleviate themselves of any liability.I am self employed and have had my ability to work removed.In their final response they effectively blame me for the whole scenario and say there is nothing they can do and to take it up with an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body"They took the vehicle in June 23

AVOID , avoid by all means. Been looking for 0 stars for couple of minutes, apparently it cannot be done, been waiting for a replacement vehicle for couple of days , after 15 phone calls and lots of emails , Auxillis cannot reach the branch and have contact with them. The company cannot reach it's own department it's unbelievable. I've been told multiple times that my vehicle will be delivered ''today'' , but , after couple of ''todays'' , it's today and I still don't have the vehicle. The management is an absolute mess , costumer service number , absolutely pointless , the whole company ? Speechless

Awful service. I had a non fault claim over three months ago that unfortunately categorised my car as a CAT D total loss. Minor damage to rear wing and door. I keep receiving messages that the check is spelt wrong. Obviously simply delaying tactics. I’m still driving around with a damaged car which is a perfectly good 2004 BMW 5 series with 70K miles. Worse insurance provider and I’ll also be complaining to Admiral (who I’m insured with and who passed me over to Auxillis) and not using either in the future
