Very good and also bad.Great initial service. Perfect installation. Friendly. Polite. Communicative. Professional. Was extremely happy. Fitting of burner and actual building of chimney breast was perfect. I cannot fault their work at all. However, they needed to come back and install a vent. But this never happened. I called and left a message. My wife called. We have left several voice messages each. We have both sent several emails each over a period of a year (including once just a few days ago) but have never heard a single thing back. I am now having to pay someone else to fit the vent. Very frustrating.

Chris and Jacqui fitted in our job ( replacement 904 liner and connection inc register plate) at short notice. The price was fixed and kept to and the job completed with the minimum of fuss. Very satisfied with the result. December 2021.

Chris and Jacqui are great people to deal with. I wanted a woodburner stove but did not know anything about them or what kind would be best for the space I had. Jacqui guided me and suggested some stoves and also patiently helped and assisted while I dealt with the discovery of bees living in the chimney stack, which we had to persuade to move elsewhere. I now have the stove installed and am thrilled with it. I decided not to go with a traditional black stove but to try something different and so happy that I did with the cream colour door.Update: 27 March 2023. Have had the Woolly Mammoth stove three years. Not such a happy customer now. The cream paint on the door has been coming off and it looks terrible. Have emailed and phoned Phoenix several times both recently and a while ago asking for the flue to be swept and general service of the stove. Also to address the problem with the door. They have not responded to either emails or phone messages. Clearly they are not interested in aftercare. Very disappointed.

When changing from coal to electric, we needed the chimney swept, the pots capped and pointed, and the fireplace removed. Chris has been our goto sweep for years so we chose him, he came and aced the job quickly, cleanly and efficiently. We're over the moon, thanks Chris.

Wanted a wood burner . All other prices were highly over priced. Was recommended Phoenix fireplace by a friend. Chris and jacqui were understanding and the effect is outstanding. Very good price and better finish than expected.
