Had my eyebrows threaded in their stretford mall browbar on thursday 25th june and let's just say I have never encountered anywhere so unprofessional and rude and well quite frankly useless in my life. Was greeted by a young girl who I advised that I just wanted my eyebrows tidying up with stray hairs as I was going away. She told me to sit down and then started. When she said she was done she showed me a mirror which I couldn't see very well as my eyes were watering. I went to the toilet and notice that my right eyebrow was literally missing half my eyebrow and looked terrible. I went back to the browbar and spoke to them an older lady agreed they were bad and she apologised and then offered to fix them and make them even. She done this while talking in a foreign language to the other two members of staff which i find very rude. When she was done she advised she had to take a lot off to match them up and well when I looked I was left with a tiny strip of brow and nothing else. They apologised again and offered my next time visiting free of charge. I refused this and advised that I would not be going back. Despite all this i posted on facebook warning people and the local newspaper near me saw this and wrote an article. The browbar were contacted and blatantly lied saying they advised me not to have anything done and that i was rude and shouting at the staff. None of this was true I had my teenage daughter with me as well. I have been slandered by this company and have now found out they are contacting ex customers trying to get them to stand up for them. Despite me having about 25 people that I have spoken to that have had equally or even worse experiences then myself including being cut. AVOID at all costs

I booked an appointment for my eye lashes but forgot about it. When I attended the next day I apologised and asked if I could still get them done. The business owner I felt was a bit rude but agreed. The business owner continued to be rude to my mum as well which frustrated me more. Felt that there was no respect or courtesy for customers. My lashes were applied and when I checked them I didn’t like them as they looked to heavy and I have smaller eyes. They weren’t bothered and told me they were okay. My mum has the same lashes applied for the same prices but they barely put any on hers which upset her. These were applied for my 30th birthday party and to be honest I was disheartened. My make up lady after told me the lashes weren’t sitting right. In all honestly if the issues was just the lashes I would of got over it but I felt the owner was rude and talked down to myself and my mum. This then effected the staff. I wouldn’t go there again made that mistake first time and wouldn’t do it again!
