The Chiltern Lodges at Upper Farm Henton

Just back from a 2 night stay. 4 of us enjoyed a relaxing break lodge has everything you need. Hot tub was an added bonus. Location is excellent, Marlow and Thame well worth a visit. Owner Gary couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Really is a great place to relax & switch off.Log cabin was lovely, as was the hot tub.Gary was very friendly & very informative for the cabins & of the surrounding area.Would definitely recommend

We stayed for four nights with our dog. Lovely lodge with a sauna and hot tub which were perfect after the long hikes around the beautiful forests and fields in the area.We had a view of the fishing lake and it was great to be able to watch the comings and goings of the red kite that lives nearby.The check in was very smooth with detailed instructions provided for every aspect of our stay, and Gary was friendly and checked in to see if we needed anything.If you have a dog, there is a gated deck around the lodge so you don't have to worry about them escaping unless they are an acrobat like our dog lol. Our pooch loved the long walks and having a bit more space than the usual hotel room meant we weren't on top of each other the whole time.Highly recommend for a retreat from the city!

We stayed at Red Kite Lodge with a group of friends. The lodge was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and stargazing in the evening. Highly recommend.

We had the most amazing weekend staying at Sparrowhawk! Such a cute area with lovely country walks, pubs and friendly people. We made full use of the hot tub, sauna and kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook dinner one of the nights! Gary was amazing, bringing us fresh eggs and answering any questions we had. The lodge was the perfect setting for our engagement and we are very much looking forward to our next visit!

We had an amazing stay at Red Kite lodge, the owners had thought of everything! There were 6 of us staying and we had a really comfortable sleeps, lots of hot water, loved the massive hot tub with the inbuilt speakers. The view of the horses and hills was lovely and the local walks and countryside were great.We'd definitely return.

A haven for relaxation and tranquillity in the heart of the countryside.We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Chiltern Lodges, a hidden gem nestled in the picturesque countryside. The lodge itself was comfortable and charming, from the cosy living spaces to the well equipped kitchen. Gary and his team were exceptional, providing a warm and friendly welcome from the moment we arrived and and welcoming our two dogs.The welcome pack had lots of information and recommendations which made our exploration of the countryside even more enjoyable. The lodge's hot tub and sauna were the epitome of relaxation. After a day of exploring the stunning surroundings , sinking into the bubbling hot tub was a sheer delight. surrounded by the tranquillity of nature, we soaked away our cares, enjoying the therapeutic benefits. The sauna provided the perfect opportunity to unwind and detoxify, leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Beautifully peaceful location with lovely view of the Chiltern Hills from the chalet. Four of us stayed in the Red Kite Lodge on a 3 day walking break. It was comfortable, spotless, attractive, and had everything we needed for a most enjoyable stay. We were lucky to be there when the lavender (which was abundant outside the chalet) was in bloom. Its glorious aroma wafted around as we eased tired limbs in the hot tub in the evening.

I had an amazing 3 night stay over the weekend staying in the Pool House. The place was spotless and very modern. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well used with the hot weather. The kitchen has everything you need. The farm is lovely and quiet. I would recommend going into Thame. It is less than 10 minutes away in the car and is a beautiful town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. I wish I could have stayed longer. Would love to come back one day with my son.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in the Kingfisher lodge. This particular lodge was more private than the other two. You can be overlooked by people fishing but you can't be seen by your neighbours. The whole surroundings are beautiful and tranquil. There are plenty of walks from your doorstep and pubs nearby within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the use of the sauna and hot tub after our 14km hike. Would highly recommend this lodge and the chutney, jam and eggs that Gary has for sale too.
