we arrived at our appointment today and we were told our appointment has been cancelled yet again. This is not the first time our appointment has been cancelled. I took a day off work and got a bus from Newmarket for the appointment with a young child and baby, I begged them to let us see another dentist as we have a few problems with our teeth and we really needed to see someone, I explained we had been waiting a long time for the appointment and it took me alot of effort to get there on public transport with two children but they rudely refused asking us to come back another time.. Also the last time we went they said we needed a x ray but they don't have the facilities to do this in Mildenhall so wanted us to go to Thetford to a different clinic and get it done on the same day, again using public transport to get there with young children, which is not acceptable in my opinion. When I mentioned I was unhappy with this they were just rude. They also don't have lifts which is difficult with a baby and pushchair as they are up two flights of stairs. So basically we still need to see a dentist after waiting 6 months for this appointment after they finally managed to get us booked in, but they don't seem to care and we are now going to have to register with another dentist as we are now very overdue a appointment and really need to see someone . Thanks mydentist for your unkind caring approach to my children and terrible service, nice to know you don't actually care. Please don't apologise below as it won't be accepted, surly you have some form of duty of care to you patients especially children.

Bad management they refused to book an appointment for my daughter because I missed 1 appointment with her. I didn't I arrived late because I also had an appointment after her and they only send me the reminder if my appointment. Receptionists are really bad and not helpful.

My bridge came out so my tooth at the front was missing, went to see the dentist was ask to fill in a no obligation questionnaire about how I rated my teeth and my smile, went into to the dental surgeon who told me my bridge didn’t fit any more and he was not even going to attempt to try and cement it back in and that i should have a nice new one fitted for a cost of nearly £2000 , surprise surprise! No obligation questionnaire! Went to a different dentist today and was told it fits perfectly and was fitted back in, avoid these people at all costs

Very understanding with children that have special needs and very accommodating

Nice people nice and clean but they was 20 minutes late on my appointment and having to fill the same form in every time you is a pain in the a... Don't they know about modern technology putting the files of people on the computer

I was surprised to hear that I was removed from patients' list because I haven't had an appointment for ovet a year. I was not informed in any way. So decided to register with them again and, of course, they are currently not accepting new patients.

Very poor service, every tooth that was repaired have broke woman on reception is careless and unprofessional. Not much can be said I would avoid at all cost
