County Suzuki Barnstaple

Recently bought a Suzuki Vitara. Staff were very polite and professional. Everything was explained to me. My first experience with County Suzuki was a very positive one. I was not presssured in any way, and the process was simple and quick. I would recommend them. Very pleased with my new car!

Had excellent service when buying an approved Suzuki Sx4 Cross a couple of weeks ago. Carly was brilliant - helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the car and my needs. I rate her and County Suzuki 1st Class- 5* all round and recommend them highly.

I think it's disgusting the way we were treated by the receptionist. All I wanted to know is there any recalls on my suzuki s4. All she keeps saying bring it ar the cost of £115 plus vat. Never use barnstaple suzuki again

Quite annoyed that Suzuki wasted my time, played some silly game and made errors. I looked at getting a new top of the range Suzuki, the payments were far lower than I'm paying now. After an hour chatting with them and signing forms I was told that I was refused credit based on my credit score, but no credit search had been made. After questioning this with Suzuki a few days later I was told there was an error in their office and that no credit check had actually been made and they would run it now. Once again they told me that I had been refused credit. Two months of checking and they have never run a credit check on me and I have a good credit score. I've never been refused credit and I'm convinced that this is all because they only had a couple of these models left to sell in the UK...they could have just told me on day one that they don't have one instead of wasting my time and playing silly games. Why would you tell a customer they were refused credit based on a credit score if you've never run a credit check?
