Eastern Garage Doors

We had a pair of sectional doors fitted last week. They have remote control opening and have been fitted into an old (250 years) stable building. They look very smart and neatly finished, and the opening one works well. The other is a dummy door. The fitters were experienced, knowledgeable and cleared the site well before leaving and handing over.The four star rating really applies to the communication with the sales and admin following placing the order which fell below expected standard - having to chase a date for fitting and messages not returned.Overall we are very happy with the doors and installation. What a great experience. Customer service was straight forward with good contact before and after the initial survey was completed.Once installation day came, the fitters , Marius and Matt, helped shift a couple of awkward items to make way for the installation. They did an incredible job and genuinely left my garage tidier than when they arrived.Excellent attention to detail and even offered to fit a manual override on my existing garage door for me.I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for garage doors, awnings and other external fittings for their property.

We were directed to Eastern Garage Doors by Hörmann as our local distributor, and went to see them in May 2020. From our first meeting to installation last week (February 2021) our dealings with everyone from the company have been exemplary. Their showroom had a good range of different doors which made it easier to choose than from catalogues alone.
