Amazing service. First asked if he could walk me through it on the phone. I preferred not to and asked for a quote. He then made an appointment, arrived on time, and quickly made the repair.Gave amazing advice whilst carrying out the repair and the final bill was less than the quote.Highly recommended and will definitely use again either for repair or to source a new machine if required.

Where to start. Dan and his dad are absolutely amazing! From start to finish! They have went WAY above and beyond what was expected of them to help with all 3 large appliances that broke all at once! Calling to help me to unplumb the fridge and just going out of their way to get to me when I work crazy hours!I would not hesitate ever to recommend these guys to anyone! Amazing service; amazing price paid and just all round good guys!Thanks so much for all your help! You’ve both been amazing! If you need anyone for your appliances, definitely use these guys! I know I will going forward for anything!

Phil is fantastic, and goes above and beyond. He came out very late one night to repair our washing machine, the day our son came back from school camp with 3 days worth of festering, muddy laundry. We've used him 3 times now and really rate him.

Absolutely flawless service from start to finish. I contacted City Domestics because my washing machine seemed to have developed a leak. Phil diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time, made a thorough check to ensure there were no additional problems likely to occur, went above and beyond by fixing something that's been annoying me in my kitchen for five years without me even having to ask, and cleaned up carefully afterwards. All that, and just a really pleasant person to have around. I wouldn't call anyone else in future - I really can't recommend him highly enough!

Contacted on the Monday and Phil visited on the Tuesday as arranged. No call out charge or charge for identifying why my washing machine had stopped working. Honest assessment and explanation of why repair impossible. Good sound advice and offer of help to source and fit a new machine at a competitive price. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Bad at not being able to call a mobile number to make a appointment,only land line & sometimes takes few days to get back to you,apart from that good job & good prices.
