Excellent experience with Urban and Rural. From Neil's professional and trustworthy approach at his initial visit, to the viewings carried out by Kyla and Lauren, always friendly and always following up with feedback after each visit, through to Ann who honestly literally 'held my hand' through the remainder of the process. This team are excellent! In particular, Ann (Sales Progressor) was very approachable, always returned my calls or messages, always made me feel as if I was her only client (even though I knew she was also very busy with others), nothing was too much for her, and did all she could to help me get through the sale of my home and purchase of my new home. First class team! Neil, Cath and Ann are fantastic, we have used them on 2 house moves in a matter of years and both experiences were great. They are honest, helpful and very supportive to ensure the process of moving home, which is a stressful process, is very smooth to remove the obstacles faced. I cannot recommend the Urban & Rural Stopsley branch highly enough - an informed and supportive service at all times.I was impressed when Cathy first valued my house and could see all of it’s potential for new buyers, turning all of the small details I was worrying about into a positive opportunity for a new owner. The viewings were led with enthusiasm and, most importantly, honesty and integrity by Cathy, Lauren & Kyla, with the main selling points of the house & garden described perfectly, as well as the potential for refurbishment or extension well articulated too.I lost my first 2 buyers due to problems and delays on their sides, not ours, but eventually had a very quick third sale in less than 7 weeks.Every step of the process was also supervised with precision and regular contact from Ann, their excellent Sales Progressor, who was like a second solicitor keeping it all moving and keeping me up to date.Thank you all - and also to Neil for running such a professional office in these challenging times with a constantly changing market.

Exceptional service from Urban & Rural from start to finish. Neil came out to value my home and from the start he was professional, very knowledgeable, and I knew I was in safe hands and felt very at ease. Kyla, Lauren and Cathy all helped with numerous viewings and always kept me in the loop with feedback. They were all friendly, charismatic and very competent. I was messed around by two buyers but the team were always fast at getting things back on track and I wasn't worried at any point during the process. During my sale Ann kept me updated regularly which again is something that was lacking in my previous experiences with other estate agents. All in all I was very impressed with the service I received. My house sale was fast and efficient and I also bought my new home with the same team so I felt very lucky. A well run estate agents. I have nothing but praise for the staff at Urban and Rural they are all very professional and so proactive in the selling of my house nothing was too much trouble. I'd like to mention Lauren in particular she is such a lovely lady and has gone out of her way to help us.

Just sold two houses with Urban and Rural.They are a pleasure to deal with, very professional and dedicated to getting the sales completed with great communication throughout the process.As well as very friendly and effective frontline estate agency staff, they also have a very efficient ‘Sales Progressor’ member of staff, who really made a difference with her negotiations and mediation when issues cropped up. This aspect of Urban and Rural’s service really helped keep my sales on track.All in all I’ve had very good experience with Urban and Rural and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I would have no hesitation recommending Urban & Rural, they were exceptional.Urban and Rural have been truly excellent throughout the whole sales cycle, from the initial meeting right through to completion.At the initial meeting at the property Neil was very well prepared with evidence and data of similar properties in the area. He was very thorough and gave me confidence in U&R’s professionalism.They provided 24 viewings in 2 days after which we received a number of offers.The viewings were well managed and feedback was excellent.Following acceptance of an offer Ann the Sales progressor was amazing offering frequent updates and advice, right up to completion. This was very welcome as the solicitors provided very little information.
