Valley Fit Gym

Not happy at all . We started personal training sessions with Georgina on day one she was late and then took us in the office asked us basic questions about our lifestyle e.c.t. . We explained our concerns and things and she reassured us all the way through saying don’t worry we are flexible if we ever needed to cancel and reschedule it wouldn’t be an issue and she repeated herself several times saying it isn’t an issue the only evening she couldn’t do was Wednesday . She also explained that if one of us were unable to do a session the other could still come and we wouldn’t miss a session or loose money. This changed very quickly and so did her attitude! We had to reschedule 2 times due to unforeseen circumstances we gave plenty of notice and also offered for one of us to still go and the other would catch up another time but she suggested we moved it to the following week . The following week came and my sister had been injured in an accident and couldn’t attend so we had to try reschedule but Georgina said no and that she would be taken the £30 off us. We accepted this but the following day she sent me a rude message digging at me and I thought this isn’t acceptable. She didn’t sign us up properly she couldn’t stress enough if we ever needed to reschedule it would be fine but then when it came down to it she changed her mind. Not fair and not professional if she had told us on sign up I would of been fine with it as I can understand it’s her income but to tell us half way through and be rude towards her clients isn’t acceptable.Also after starting with a new trainer we have released how ripped off we were .. Georgina never weighed us never measured us never gave us details about nutrition or anything that we have received with our new trainer and she clearly hasn’t got management training she needs to have clients as we didn’t get signed up properly.Such a shame as we did like the place had a good vibe.

Signed up for personal training with Dan, In 2 months my muscle mass and bone density has gone up and body fat has decreased! As a beginner, I've learned a lot about different exercises, correct form etc. Had a good amount of help with nutrition, I didn't know what macro's were or that I needed protein -now im eating so much healthier (thank you)Lots of motivational help which for some of us is definitely needed!Great equipment, and lots of variety too.Lovely friendly atmosphere, always greeted with a smile.Had to bring the little ones on a couple of occasions, and this has been welcomed, what more do you need from a gym...Highly reccomend this place!Thank you Valley Fit!

This place is a little gem. The facilities are great and have everything you need, but best of all are the members and the staff who have created a great community and ethos that will spur you on with your training.The classes are varied and PTs are very knowledgeable and supportive. There is also an amazing sports massage therapist on site who can keep you in peak condition.You’ll be hard pushed to find better value memberships anywhere and even if you do you won’t have the same spirit and friendship.Join today!

Fantastic friendly place. Been training with Steve for about 6 months now & making great progress due to his encouragement and varied work out plans.

Great local gym with everything you could need. I am moving out of the area and wish I could bring the gym with me.

The large gym is very clean, well maintained with lots of equipment. Variety of fun & challenging classes with friendly motivating instructors. Would definitely recommend Georgina if anyone is looking for a PT been training with her now for a few months , she’s keen on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging, has a positive attitude which empowers me to work out even harder.All the staff at valley fit are very knowledgable and welcoming , if you’re a long termgym goer or a newby it really does cater for all.

Go here 6 times a week only small but everything u need staff very nice and welcoming and also very cheap for a monthly subscription not far from my work and my home would highly recommend it

This a great find, which I would highly recommend.Great friendly place with loads of equipment, you are made to feel comfortable by everyone. Loads of advice and programmes geared to your ability from expert to beginner.Great support to help recover fromInjuries with an on-site sports massage available to complement your PT training.What more could you want?

I never thought I would go to a gym but I was encouraged to give it a go and now really enjoy PT session with Dan in a very well equipped and welcoming venue.
