I bought a flat through Cooper and Tanner in Cheddar, and the whole experience was great. I had an early viewing on a property just about to go onto the market which was perfect for me. Carol handled my questions quickly, and when Carol wasn't in the office Chris picked them up and answered them. Professional, friendly, helpful. Would recommend.

I bought a flat through Cooper & Tanner in Axbridge (St.John's Court). I fell in love with the place before I even walked through the front door. I was shown around by Mackenzie. Mackenzie was excellent in showing me everything and I made an offer on my 1st viewing. It took just over 4 months to complete the purchase as the Solicitors were extremely busy due to the stamp duty holiday. On 3 separate occasions I asked the branch Manager Christopher Tucker to help me speed things up. Chris would come back to me on the same day with a result, either speaking to the Management Company, the owner, and the solicitors. I do honestly believe without Christopher's help it would of taken another month.Christopher thank you for all the communications we had and it was a pleasure to of finally meet you when I picked up the keys. Efficient and friendly. Highly recommend for both sales and letting.I was looking for a property to buy to rent out. The sales team understood exactly what I was looking for and had a good knowledge of the sort of property that would fit the bill. They found me the ideal place in a very short space of time and helped to facilitate a smooth purchase.I now use the lettings team to rent out the property and they have taken all stress away from being a landlord. My husband James and I have been hosting a delightful Ukrainian family since April last year. Having been with us for a while, they needed their independence and we needed to get our house back in order to have family and friends to stay. A mammoth effort ensued to try to find our guests suitable rented accommodation at the beginning of this year. All of us were feeling a bit beaten up as time marched on, because the estate agents we registered and spoke with, all made it clear that without various stipulations being met, the task would be a difficult one. Caroline was instrumental in helping us find a flat for the girls. Given all the potential complexities, she was encouraging, kind and could not have been more helpful. We shall always be grateful. We highly recommend Cooper and Tanner Cheddar. We had Mackenzie throughout our purchase, we also met Sally a couple of times. Even though we had to pull out of the first house; Mackenzie helped us with a knew place within the price and area of Cheddar that we were after. Communication was good throughout the process and on completion.

We have rented out properties with the Shepton branch of Cooper and Tanner for a long time now. They are a great team and really look after us. Tash and Lauren are always very helpful. Jean is brilliant and has offered great advice and support to us over the years.
