Very good job completed, all done within timescale, all rubbish and scaffolding remove at end of project.

Mitchell at Avon home improvements had to fix a leaking flat roof. On starting they found 3 flat roofs in total whereby previous roofers had constructed a roof on top of the previous one. All 3 roofs had to be ripped off with a whole new frame required on which to build the flat roof. Pictures were provided as the work was carried out but I also physically inspected work on a daily basis. A 3 layer torch on felt flat roof was laid and adjoining slate tiles were replaced. The job at 14 square metres was not large but location and access made it very challenging. They were professional and standard of work was very high.

Mitchell and the crew did a fantastic job, completely on replacing our old and damaged roof. Efficient, diligent, tidy and friendly. Mitchell clearly knows his trade inside out and demonstrated his experience throughout.From surveying the roof, to providing good comprehensive quote, to being quick with every part of the process, I was very happy him and the team who were polite friendly and exceeded my expectations.The roof is now solid, watertight and vented and it was all hassle free and interesting to see it all happen.They were a great team and worked safely and we’re really efficientMy wife and I were very apprehensive about having such major works done but Mitchell our minds at ease and was very sensitive to our budget and giving us the best value for money and very honest advice. No upselling from him, he just clearly wanted us to have a good roof and gave us all the options for us to have an informed decision.They left the place clean and tidy and moreover we now have a really solid and smart roof that’s clearly going to last a lifetime. All our neighbours thought they did a great job and Mitchell made a great impression when everyone.
