Excellent service from start to receiving my wheelchair. So friendly and helpful, the delivery driver was so efficient in making sure my wheelchair was adjusted to my leg length and safety belt adjusted too. Please carry on with the attitude and so friendly manner you showed me. Thank you so much again.

A brilliant place full of items to help abilitate people back from injury . Please note that unless you are being helped by an occupational therapist you will be unable to borrow any aids.

Disgusting service!! I arranged for a collection of a hospital bed & equipment from my late brother in law's flat. I was given a collection time between 12.30 & 2.30 so made my way to Felixstowe from Ipswich to be there. 2.35 I called the office to enquire the whereabouts of the van to be told he would be another hour for the collection. 3.30 I again called the office to be told he was 20mins away. 4.30 I again called the office to eventually be told the collection wouldn't happen today. Had I not called I could still be waiting!! Disgraceful service & a total waste of my day.

Appalling service. Waited in all day for several items to be collected. Did not turn up then after two telephone calls, told me to leave it all outside for collection the following day. A whole day wasted - whilst trying to organise a funeral.Disgraceful.

Supply of the equipment was excellent, but we've been trying to contact them to return it as no longer necessary. Previous reviewer about not answering their phone appears to be spot on.
