Was informed I needed an EPC done at short notice (Thur afternoon), contacted Valerien after a recommendation by an Estate Agency. Simon was able to book me in for Monday afternoon, spent about an hour at the property, polite and very professional, and later that evening the EPC was live on the Government Register. So thankful for such a speedy service. Brilliant will definitely recommend Valerien to anybody else.
