Greenthumb Lawn Treatment Service
I have tried to contact your office to reschedule a lawn treatment I was on the phone 4 times yesterday loosing 40 mins of my time and today 8/6/23 tried 2 times wasting another 20+ mins without he phone being answered. This is very poor customer relations as customers are not able to talk to someone on the phone, if you have not available staff then you need to rectify this matter ASAP as this will make customers like me go elsewhere
