A great hotel. Wonderful staff. Quiet rooms with great showers but small soggy beds. Easy parking with spaces spread all around the periphery.Compared with Marriotts, the double" beds are not to the size we expect. Only the quality of sleep detracts from a solid five score.We ate twice in the restaurant in the evenings and twice at breakfast. October 2023"

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Hotel North Luton. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.One of the standout features of this hotel was the dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with dishes that catered to various tastes. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a fantastic selection of both hot and cold items.The hotel's amenities were top-notch as well. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to stick to my workout routine, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, making it easy to stay connected during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Luton Airport is incredibly convenient.Overall, my experience at the Hilton Hotel North Luton was exceptional. The friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and excellent dining options made for a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Luton area.

We had our wedding at Putteridgebury and used the Hilton for ourselves and our guest to stay The night of the wedding 05.08.23.When we got back to the hotel the bar had closed but they opened it again so we could all get some drinks.The rooms are clean, spacious and well furnished. We had one of the master suites at the front of the hotel. The room was lovely, they had decorated the bed and left a congratulations card which was a lovely personalised gesture. Although it is on a main road and glass fronted, we could hear no traffic at all and had a perfect sleep.In the morning Maria noticed we had a large group and opened up the function room so we could all have breakfast together. Maria was lovely and very welcoming to us all, I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The room was spacious with quality furnishings and fittings. It was quiet and I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast was good. The gym was good. The service was good.

Hilton Garden Inn Luton North
We stayed for 2 nights and everything was lovely. The food was excellent and the service spot on. Maria the restaurant manager was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Bedroom was rather hot even with the noisy air conditioner and there was not USB point in the room but other than that it was quiet at night. Clean and friendly with lovely staff in all departments.

Stayed 5 nights for work and the hotel is clean and welcoming. It has a gym, bar and restaurant, all of which are fit for use. The restaurant has tasty meals and breakfast is delicious with fresh breads, meats, cheeses, full English, and even a waffle maker. I mostly had Maria serving me, she was excellent. Whilst I didn't catch the name of other team members they too were very friendly and added to the welcoming atmosphere. House keeping did a great job and my room was kept immaculate, whilst my personal belongings remained where I had left them. Look forward to my next visit.

Saddened to say this place is still on the slide. The rooms have had a little attention and now sport a lovely big smart TV and working heated mirrors in the bathroom.The front of house staff are generally warm and welcoming, but it ends there. Getting a drink at the unstaffed bar can take 15 minutes while you wait for a member of staff to appear. I was lucky and got two appear at the same time however one must have been new and the other a manager as he publicly reprimanded her for asking a question... it continues, God forbid you try dining here.The food has never recovered from Covid and the chef" must believe our taste has never returned. I take a punt every 2-3 months in the hope it has improved...My most recent attempt

Great hotel for business trips or overnight stays. Clean and well stocked rooms, great breakfast and not too busy during our stay. Staff were also so friendly and very helpful.Location is not too bad. Alongside a main road but I could hear no traffic noise from my road facing room. Shops and local amenities a short 10 minute walk away.All in all, a very pleasant stay

The hotel is located of the flyover between stopsley and hitchin i can tell the cost of the car park is £8.00 pounds per night so maybe be careful how nights you go for. The room has a very comfortable with large double bed and on suite bathroom with walkin shower its has a microwave room on the same floor for guests to use and a laundry room for guest to use as well. The is a fridge that use in the the room also. And ice bin and get own ice from ice machine if wanna chill your processo. Toilets are located on site and it has own restaurant which serves dinner and breakfast i reccomend the porridge. Has a 24 hour convenient store on site for your shopping needs and fitness centre for people who love the gym and keeping fit.

A decent hotel with decent pricing. The rooms are worn down and could do with a little renovation. The bathroom is clean and some rooms of the bathroom are new and in good condition and some in poor condition. Parking is expensive and the drinks at the bar are priced quite good. Lots of parking on offer. Smoking area in premises and the breakfast is good. Good location and accessibility.
