Been having reflexology here for a year now and Michelle is great. Its helped with a few aspects but I started as I was having trouble with my sleep. This is the only thing that has worked and has made such a difference I cant talk highly enough about it. Lovely clinic, lovely lady. Highly recommend.

Saw Becca today for hydro treatment, for the first time.Becca is excellent and explains everything clearly, also a big help and good listener as I discussed other health issues. felling much lighter after the session!

First visit to White Tara today. Saw Lydia for a back, neck and shoulder massage. Lydia made me feel so welcome and the calm atmosphere and excellent treatment has left me feeling relaxed and de-stressed. Perfect!

Was seen by a really lovely lady Becca. I had my hydro treatment done for the first time and she could tell I was so nervous and shy about it but she kept me calm and reassured. Becca advised and guided me through the process step by step as well as having a normal conversation to my mind of things.

I had the Queen for a day offer - it was just amazing. Michele is awesome at taking care of you and I felt super relaxed when I left. The facial element was a particular highlight - I keep touching my face to see how nice it feels - probably not the best thing to do but I can’t help it!

This little hidden spa is a good break from life. You do rather have to hunt to locate it, and parking is a nightmare but the classes, set up and services they offer are first-rate. Try the lymphatic massage; really good. The website is very useful too, so you can see everything that's offered.
