I took a watch in to have some links removed, one of the links had been marked and i asked the guy if he could make that one of the links he leaves out.“Yes mate sure” he says.When i get my watch back he has left that link in the band.We also needed 2 keys cut, the same guy who couldn’t follow the watch instructions takes the key and cuts 2 new ones.I get home and the keys dont fit in the lock!A quick glance shows that the new keys are thicker than the original.Now i have to waste more time going back to the shop to get this resolved.Gotta say...useless shop, go elsewhere and save your time and money.

I’ve got to say that Floyd from Timpson has to be one of the best workers I have come across in a long time.Nothing is too much trouble, he quick and efficient and always has a smile for his customers. We always use him for cutting our keys and they come out perfect every time. My shoes look like new again and the family were so pleased with the engraving he did for uncle Bernards violin case.A popper Northamptonshire cobbler with real class.

Excellent and very friendly service. Had my car key repaired very swiftly, unfortunately the blade screw came out a week later but they repaired it again, free of charge with no quibbles. Highly recommend!!

I was there for getting a photo with white background for my driving license, the background wasn’t so white/clear. Otherwise very good customer service

If I'm honest it's expensive compared to other key cutting services. However they do try and some times 4 trys later the key works :)

Timpson has the facility to take passport size(Not only passport size ) photo as well.You can take photo printing in less than 5 minutes.
