Holiday Inn Express Belfast City, an IHG Hotel

We stayed at this place for 4 days during our vacation to Belfast. Overall i am quite impressed with the experience here. It is located at a great location. All the basics were upto the mark, rooms were clean, beds was comfy. The lounge was decent with typical holiday inn express decor. Breakfast provided was good. Staff was very friendly and did their best to make our visit comfy.Only 1 complaint is that the complementary water bottles were not provided, even wending machine was not working, which made us struggle for the water at midnight and we have to purchase it in unexpected cost at that time.
