Great experience, professional and friendly service - especially the receptionist lady whose name I didn’t get. They were happy to help and proactive with booking future appointments which is usually difficult to get. Thank you!

This 1 star is for management of the my dentist company not the dentists or reception staff at greenford. Orthodontist retired in March of this year, which I'm sure they would have had a minimum of 2 months notice, still they have no Orthodontist in place or an exact time of one starting. Patients have brackets broken, wires loose and all the work previously done now undone as teeth have moved backwards. This is just unacceptable. Not allowed to be re referred either to another NHS orthodontist..Poor poor management and communication. Would definitely not recommend this practice at the moment for orthodontic treatment.Have pity on us stuck in the system there.

The word for definy my experience with MyDentist in sudbury is : RidiculousI felt like to be in an episode of Mr Bean or even better in one of Benny Hill show.Btw I want to be honest : everyone is polite and kind thereI got the appointment on 3rd August for removing the stitches after my implants in MoldovaThe dentist didn't do it telling me to book an appointment with their implantist at the cost of £60The implantist visits the clinic only once a month so the first availability would have been in 2 months timeInstead he clean up my teeth and made an x-ray (unluckily wrong)I asked for a file of the x-ray to send by emailHe just told me: you can take a picture with your phone"I asked at the receptionist tooShe printed the xrayAfter that experience I contacted the manager of the clinic in Moldova sending the picture of xray (she couldn't see anything from that xray )explaining also my experience with mydentist and she starts laughingSo at last i give to MyDentist 1 star for the job but 5 stars for the funny and hilarious moment they gave to me and the clinic in Moldova"

Experienced and helpful team. I had a tooth extraction (must mention that this was a complicated one). Dr Farhad, the dentist was extremely patient and did a thorough pre and post extraction debrief. He kept reassuring me through the entire extraction process that it was going fine. Thank you to him and the entire Mydentist team for their professionalism and support.

Great doctors. Excellent treatment for children.Not so good from the point of the administration in the chain. I've been removed from the practice without a word. Long waiting time for appointment. Receptionists but always pleasant, often changing.

My mum came in for a consultation with Dr Dragos, I must say he was extremely professional and super friendly. He is highly skilled and is 100% knowledgeable in he's profession. During the consultation he made my mum laugh and she instantly trusted he's decision of guidance. We would highly recommend Dr Dragos because he is very honest and very polite. So Thank you very much Dr Dragos.

This has to be the WORST dental practice I’ve ever had to deal with.I registered to them and have been treating almost 8 months with one tooth, I had a dental emergency so I called them to make an appointment and they told me as I cannot get an appointment, or paid 300 for the emergency for private. so I called 111 how is it they managed to get me an appointment with another dental practice.And dr pawan Wasted my tooth which was fine but doing same thing for more than 8 months. When i got critical pain, always advised me to wait for the nhs Specialists. and filled another 5 tooth which is still empty inside of the filling.Really fed up with this dentist service.This dentistry needs to be fixed. The customer service desk need to be trained on how to speak to patients.and serve in proper way. NOT RECOMMENDED

I had an amazing experience with Dr Farhad. He explained all the treatment and has lots of experience. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. Dr. Farhad’s Assistant is very professional and very personable. I had to get filling and Dr. Farhad did an amazing job. Im very happy.
