Thankfully I found Kyle and Jermaine from Hackney plumbing and heating just in the nick of time . My boiler was leaking and Kyle had a terrible time trying to access the pipes .they fixed my boiler problem and even solved the access issue, they went above and beyond the call of duty . They put in a new PowerShower pump and cleared all the gunk out of my kitchen sink pipes too . They are very knowledgeable ,extremely polite and the cost of all the work was very reasonable. I feel secure in the knowledge that Hackney plumbing and heating will be on the case whatever the problem. Batman and Robin to the rescue. Thanks Guys.

Jermaine and Kyle are great! The most recent time I used them, our circuit board had broken in our boiler. I'd looked it up and a replacement part would usually cost a couple of hundred quid, but Jermaine had a spare part in his van only £40 for the part. Super happy and boiler working better than ever. While Jermaine was fixing the boiler, Kyle managed to fix the heater in our water tank (which hadn't worked since we moved in). All in an hour's work! Lovely guys too, would highly recommend

I’ve used Hackney Plumbing and Heating twice, once for a tap replacement on my bath tub and today for a broken toilet. Both times Jermaine and Kyle provided superb service and were extremely polite and friendly. Today’s repair was booked for next week but the fault got worse so I made a late request to see if someone could come out before then. I’m so grateful to Kyle for finding time to fix it so soon. I must also mention Melissa who handles the bookings/admin, she is extremely efficient and provided excellent communication and customer service. I plan on using this company for all future plumbing/heating repairs and highly recommend them.

Brilliantly service. Right from the start. Jermaine knew his stuff, was on time, sorted the problem, replaced the boiler and also offered to sort a couple of niggling things with the radiators. Very happy to recommend.

Used these guys twice, they were right on it and super professional. We had a bunch of problems with our heating as the system is so old, but Jermaine and Darnel came and not only solved the problems but checked a load of other stuff around the place too and made sure everything was working. Recommend!

Really great service again from Kyle for a very simple and quick fix of a broken heating temperature dial, but absolutely critical for a toasty warm winter home. I arranged for someone to take a look at the siphon in my close coupled WC. From watching a YouTube video it seemed that fixing/replacing it could be beyond my meagre DIY skills. Arranging the appointment was super easy and Melissa managed to give me a slot much quicker than I expected. On the day of the visit Kyle, the plumber, called me to check a few things. As a result of the call he was able to talk me through an easy and inexpensive fix that I did myself which ended up saving me about £150. Both Kyle and Melissa were helpful and friendly throughout.Absolutely recommended!

Small leak in airing cupboard. Came when they said they would, fixed it with minimum fuss and cleared up. I think they were here about 70 minutes but only charged me for a single hour. Great, great service. So happy.

Jobs: Install 2x boilers and service/LGC 3x boilersHackney Plumbing and Heating stand out for their genuinely higher levels of customer service, honesty and reliability. The business coordinator Melissa is very well organised and pleasant to deal with. Equally, the engineers Kyle and Jermaine are very competent and punctual. I am impressed by the after-sales service - something rare in the industry. Very pleased to have found them and will call them for more jobs going forward. Highly recommended. They have strong ratings on Checkatrade as well.
