Very easy to use Arthur's Skips. Polite and professional staff who come out quickly once you've filled the skip. The guys driving the trucks have always been really lovely and take the time to acknowledge the kids who are fascinated by their trucks.

I recently hired a skip from Arthur’s. It was delivered on the day they said and collected 3 weeks later by which time all our rubbish has been cleared. I would recommend Arthur’s Skips anytime.

Hired a skip online from this company, very straight forward process. The skip was delivered before 8:00am on the day requested, the driver opening the gates and placing the skip on the driveway as requested. Excellent service and a good price too.

I ordered an eight tonne skip, it arrived on the day it was expected and everyone I spoke to (driver and lady on the phone) were friendly and polite.Collection was slightly delayed due to how busy they were but again the lady on the phone made it clear they'd collect as soon as they could but not to expect it to be same day.I don't go around ordering skips regularly (filling this one nearly killed me, I'm that tired!) but the process was so remarkably easy I know who I'll be ordering from next time.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST THEY TURNED UP 5 DAYS LATE THEN SAID IT WAS OVERLOADED AND DANGEROUS SO COULDNT TAKE IT EVEN THOUGH IT DEFINITELY WASNT TRIED SAYING I WOULD AV TO PAY MORE MONEY OR BUY ANOTHER SKIP OR THEY WOULD DUMP ACCESS ON MY DRIVE VERY RUDE STAFF READ THE YELL REVIEWS ASWELL THERE TERRIBLE SAVE YOUR SELF THE HASSLE AND GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY I WOULD NEVER USE THESE AGAIN FIRST AND LAST TIME AM PHONING OMBUDSMAN IN MORNING

I've used this company more then three times to clear my garden of waste. but this recent one the service on the phone was poor, lady sounds like she is reading out of monolog. And not having enough time to fill the skip up due to poor weather 2 weeks they give is not enough first thing early Saturday morning they come to pick it up. Will use another company in future that give you more time and people on phone sound more friendly.

Well, not the first time I've use Arthurs skips and I'm certain it won't be the last. From ordering the Skip on their easy to use website, which is set up for the most illiterate ( like myself ) to the first time user, Once this was done, they give you the date it will be delivered. The driver who brought the skip took great care placing it too as close as i required it. The day I phoned for collection, My call was taken by a quiet sexy voice, who confirmed the who, and where it was, and left me with a goodbye and thank you. Apart from on a couple of occasions I had Metal thieves rumbling through the skip, knock on the window making them flee empty handed, the 10 days I had the Yellow beast on my drive were spot on. A quality company giving a quality service. Brilliant.

Quick to deliver but very slow to collect - we've been waiting 2 weeks and keep being told they're 'too busy'. Not good service and on their terms. Has delayed other work we had scheduled.
