I have to ride down the road to the little wooded area that leads to llay on horseback and the lady in the second home as you turn in is so rude! I had her waving a map at my horse and calling me names while I was minding my own business! However the other residents were superb and quite enjoyed petting my welsh cob even the children were delighted to see a horse just think she spoils it for others with her disgraceful attitude

It is a very typical park home site, but I feel lavks the landscaping which some do have. The mobile homes are very nice and the site well maintained. There is a massive estate being built just opposite it, which is a put off for me personally. The site offers mobile homes to over 50's. The access is easy with parking.
