Bedrock Concrete Products

Can't fault bedrock at all, just received the delivery. Davey, who I dealt with was great, step by step updates ect. Will have this company in the back of my mind for next time. Thanks :)

After getting positive confirmation a product was in stock and confirming I would come and collect the same day I was told on arrival they had sold them all. This was with an 1 1/2hr round trip & across the Humber bridge to collect them.The response when I complained about this was, in effect “well you didn’t order them upfront- it’s first come first served”- bear in mind I’d confirmed in communications that I would collect that same day.This is abysmal customer service & they were not in the least bit interested in putting it right- the attitude was “well you can come back when we’ve got them back in stock”. I’m not prepared to accept this couldn’t-care-less attitude & have now been put off ever using this company again- even if I found they were the cheapest for something I wanted!

Place to go to for concrete products,quality and price wise

Charge ridiculous delivery charge for a mile down the road !!!!! When they would already be out on delivery on route past our house !!

Best customer experience ever. Products are top quality, durable and affordable. Doesn't matter if you're using concrete or wood products, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.
