Went to Costa to meet a friend, we had lunch and a good chat. Couple of weeks later I get a parking ticket. Bloody expensive lunch. I could understand if you were abusing it to go to the quays etc, but if utilising the facilities there surely it should be made clearer, especially having been to the beefeater there with no problems. Atleast the restaurants/cafes should have signs in them warning you when you're inside. Definitely won't be going there again.
