11/10, I Placed a order for a Bosch laser level on a Thursday afternoon about 1pm, and it arrived the following morning about 11am within 24hours. Extremely impressed with there service and the item itself, also got really quick replies back from them on eBay when I asked for a paper copy of the invoice to be sent to my address. 1 Star because I can't give zero stars!Called to purchase a 19kg propane refillOn arrival no one on counter so rang bell and waited, after 5 mins no one came, rang again, and waited after a bout 3 mins a little terrier dog came through - as it turned out he was the most pleasant member of staff!!!I rang the bell a third time and by now was considering just leaving I shouted a loud hello eventually a member of staff appeared he then told me hadn't pressed the bell properlyThen he wanted £76 for the refill when I questioned the price he got quite hostile and refused to sell it to me!!!!I found a 19kg bottle 1.5 miles down the road for £56After many years of patronage I wi never returnI

Placed an order on the Tuesday and my lawn mower arrived on the Thursday. Excellent service. The mower is also very good and cut the grass - which was quite long - with ease. I have reluctantly gone back to an electric mower as the batteries on my previous one didn’t last long enough to do my entire lawn. I now wish I had done this last year as it is so much more reliable and the cable is a decent length so no need for extension leads which has been a problem in the past. Altogether I am delighted with my purchase, an excellent buy!

What a brilliant store, packed with useful equipment, cheapest in the UK. Carpark directly outside the front door, they also get a store assistant to take your item to your car. Confirms in my mind that you get better customer service and price from smaller traders.

Really nice company to do business with. They even answered my questions out of hours! Wanted the Bosch EastVac 3 for my power tools as it turned on and off automatically when you start using them. Competitively priced and just as other customers have mentioned, it was despatched very quickly. Without question, I would look here first for my next purchase.Many thanks.

Avoid. Don't waste your time with this lot unless you have a new mower and you have all of the serial numbers. Completely unwilling to help otherwise, unless you want to shell out for a whole new mower of course. (Edit) If your mover is not brand new and/or you don't have all the numbers do yourself a favour and call Spitfire Mowers Glemsdord they are friendly, really helpful and definitely know what they are talking about.

I recently purchased a new bare tool Bosch18V universal pump through their eBay store.Great service and very happy with the product (well priced also). This is not the first tool I have purchased from them and will certainly not be the last. Very pleased :)

Great place for quality tools, Hayter, Bosch etc. Very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking if you go early in the day and lots in stock. Highly recommended. Lovely countryside around as well!

I needed to replace an aging Drill, and was looking for some time for a really good replacement. I knew Makita were market leading and spent a lot of time going over price and feature elements.
