I can't believe I found exactly the sofa I was looking for here! Three seater sofa bed, very modern and snazzy looking. Firm seat - which is just what i wanted and all for a miniscule £229 in the sale! Really helpful, friendly staff! Recommend you go and have a look!

From a drivers point of view Kyoto is a good collection point. I had straightened up in the yard ready to reverse up to loading door and was ready to reverse only to find my trailer doors being opened by the warehouse staff. Leave it where it is drive" and that was it

People working on this warehouse should be more polite and even take a few days of rest. with priority to the fat man.

Quality Staff with great Welcome.

We ordered 10 Taylor Sofa Beds from Kyoto that began to fall apart after only a few months of use, which we were disappointed by given the usual quality of Kyoto products. I raised my concerns in September 2020 and was told this would be passed onto a manager. Despite follow up emails every few months this matter has still not been resolved and the team have been repeatedly unresponsive. The most recent follow up email we sent was in December 2021 and again we were told this matter would be dealt with and that someone would be in touch as soon as possible but yet again nobody has been. This is quite frankly some of the worst customer service we've come across.
