High Penn Car Sales

I bought a Kia C'eed a couple of years ago from High Penn- really happy with it, and it has just passed its MOT with flying colours for the second time. Also really appreciate the thought that went into finding the right car for me personally (my build, my driving habits etc).

Ian has been very patient and understanding about my financial constraints and helped find cars that suit my needs. Whenever I have needed my car checked, he has always been able to see me at a time that suits me. Ian has gone to great lengths to sort out any issues and been very reasonable about the costs. I would also like to add, as this is important to me as a female, as I have no knowledge of cars; Ian has never talked down to me. I truly appreciate Ian explaining things I need to know in a non-patronising manner. These are the reasons I continue to use his services. I would recommend his motors and customer care to anyone looking for a car.

Unhelpful, bad communication skills

Ian the owner was very relaxed, knowledgeable and helpful —when we purchased our Nissan Note from him, with everything going smoothly!
