I’m Thrilled that Kieran rescued my favourite Marc jacobs sunglasses by fitting new lenses after I carelessly scratched them. I thought I was going to have to say goodbye to them but now they get to live another summer! Thankyou,Kieran also reglazed my specs with my latest prescription. Really happy with the quality of the lenses and they were done in super quick time. A brilliant service and super friendly too. I’m always happy to support the independent business over the corporate giants. 5 stars all the way!

Got a new pair of glasses and sunglasses with Keiran’s help and advice, love the frames and colours, there was plenty of high quality frames to choose from, and at a great price. Both glasses were ready much quicker than anticipated and Kieran has since updated some older frames with my latest prescription for me as well.

Specsavers have nothing on these guys, such a cool variety of specs here and the price was amazing! I got some specs and some sunnys for £100, and they had the kind of style I wanted unlike anywhere else I wanted. They guy was so lovely and helpful as well!

I bought prescription specs and shades after an eye test and couldn’t be happier. Costumer service is amazing, all the frames lovely and in many different styles. On the first go I went for a classic, timeless style for both and I recently ordered a pink frame, gold mirrored prescription sunglasses that can’t wait to wear on. I have received compliments on how elegant and poshy my glasses are, and how the suit me. I highly recommend to buy K&M glasses, they look great on you are hand made, high quality and you support a local Indy business. They have it all!

I don’t know if this is what usually happens to k&m clients on a regular basis or I was just very unlucky. I have not felt appropriately treated as a buyer to be honest. I have purchased a pair of prescription glasses in July. Very poor assistance and follow up and there have been problems with broken lenses the first time, had to send the glasses back to the lab. Then the prescription was right but some other measurements were not adjusted and I was told by Kieran that it would be normal for me to see a bit blurry and I should just carry on and wait. I went to my optician who basically found out what the problem was. Sent the glasses back once again (AT MY EXPENSES) with no interest by the above manufacturer to even offer to split or partecipate on that. After 6 months I manage to receive the glasses. I will spare all the chasing and numerous email I had to send. Terrible customer experience I m afraid. Hope I was the exception.

5* quality and service from Kieran. Can't speak higher of K&M Specs, with excellent value for money for a range of services; from re-lensing to new glasses. Materials are top quality and specs look great. Will continue to use K&M and will stay away from those high-street retailers!
