This was my first time using Luggage Storage.Easy online booking. Conveniently situated between hotels and bus station.

Really easy to use and very polite and helpful at Groom Rooms

He took our bags, when we came to collect them he remembered us straight away and gave us our bags back. They had been kept in a safe back room and where in the exact condition we dropped them off in. Would really recommend. Only £7 a bag!

Shopkeeper seemed confused when I showed him the booking and didn’t require me to show the booking code or ID like the email said I would need to (I actually offered to show ID and he said no need). My bag did not get a “tamper proof security seal” like it said on the website and was just kept in a storeroom that was not locked. Spent the whole time that my luggage was there worrying about it

Really convenient and secure (tags, pictures as well as CCTV)Me & my boyfriend checked out of our hotel and kept our bags here while we enjoyed our last few hours in Bournemouth before heading home.Having this storage facility really helped make the last day more functional.Would recommend

The booking for was easy and seamless. I came on site and just book it directly through the website.I was just worried because my bag was not tagged or anything. Especially I have my laptop inside. So I was worried the whole trip because I thought I did a bad decision to leave my belonging in the luggage storage.However, the next day when I collect it everything was fine. The person remembered me and give my suitcase right away. Probably because they don't have much people leaving their luggage there, that is why they did not have to leave a tag on my bag.But still I felt insecure during the whole trip because of that.I would recommend this place tho
