I had the garlic bread, bruschetta, and the spaghetti Bolognese. The garlic bread didn't seem to have any garlic, just some melted butter. The bruschetta just had maybe a little bit of olive oil and some chopped up tomatoes. Maybe my American pallet is spoiled but both tasted very bland. The spaghetti bolognese was pretty good. The portion was good. I had a glass of white wine and a glass of red. Both were pretty good. The service initially was excellent although inconsistent. The food came out quickly. The place was packed. Perhaps meals others had were better given the ratings. The ratings brought me here and I must say I left slightly disappointed overall. Not bad but not worth the ratings imho.

Wow! This is the real deal. Pomo has the best pizza I have had in Europe outside of Naples! The restaurant is warm and welcoming with great service. My favorite pizza place in Edinburgh.

Have been to this place for work lunches on a few occasions. The food is very good value for money, the service is friendly and the food usually arrives pretty fast. Also, a good option for hosting larger groups. Would thoroughly recommend!

Sweeney Family meet up all ordering different options. Pizza and pasta all amazing as expected. Service was spot on and a real family feel. Excellent value for money. Will be back very soon!

Pomo restaurant exceeded expectations with their really good food, especially the carbonara – a true standout. The staff was equally impressive, contributing to a great overall dining experience. Highly recommend for a delicious meal and excellent service.

I took my son to watch Scotland v Wales in the Rugby on Saturday 11th Feb. We went for a meal at Pomo Pizzeria. The place was very busy and the staff were very friendly and polite.My son had a pizza and I had the Salmon Linguine. It was amazing one of the best meals I have had.I would highly recommend this restaurant and the Salmon Linguine.My compliments to Chef and all the staff.Thanks for a great night.

Had an amazing time here booked for the evening for two lovely table and great service. I cannot remember the Front of houses name but she was very accomodating. We were on our mini moon after getting married and we were given some extra Limincello which went down a treat! 10/10 for the pizzas! Good price for the size!

Super quick and attentive service. Delicious food. I stumbled across this place well in Edinburgh for work and needing somewhere to eat. Great atmosphere and welcoming to a single diner. Looking forward to returning later in the week as I was spoilt for choice on the menu!

We were there after a day long conference. The food was really nice. So is the service. Staff were friendly. Atmosphere was ok. It felt little busy and I can hardly hear across the table. Maybe my ears haha… highly recommended.
