Compassion in Dying

I found the information and support very helpful. Filling in the Advance Decision online was straightforward and simple. It was also easy to download the odd so I can print off as many copies as I need - being under several hospitals and doctors makes this a useful facility. I was directed to this organisation by Dignity in Dying and I am glad of the connection. Certainly the Advance Decision means I shall have some dignity in my final days. I would recommend this site to anyone wishing to make an AD.
