I went for two TuiNa massages with Catalina and Maggie and they were both amazing experiences.The first treatment started with a conversation about my overall health and specifically some back problems I’ve had recently. The TuiNa massage was absolutely wonderful for the entire body and eased my lower back pain. I felt so much lighter and I could breathe better.The second massage was equally amazing, but focused more on the neck and head, where I've been storing so much tension recently. I felt feeling like a different person by the end of it!Thank you!

To my surprise & delight I can attest that the mini treatment offered by 2 advanced level practitioners of Tuina helped loosen up - considerably - my painful arthritic hip. They worked deftly + sensitively using several techniques to relax the body & then stimulate blood flow to the hip joint. By the end of the 20 minute session, the outward movement of my knee (from a prone position with knee bent) had increased by 30% without any pain. I was impressed with the improvement in such little time & will be seeking out a practitioner in South Wales. I would urge anyone with painful joints to try this method.
