Tesco Extra

I always get my shopping via click and collect, every week. The guys at the click and collect hut are always so nice and helpful. Today I went to get my shopping, a lady came over and saw I had my kids in the car and went and got them both a chocolate bunny for Easter. It was so sweet, such a kind jesture. They always offer to help you pack, and they always are chatting and welcoming.

Shop here alot never had problem.till today picked up pack of honey peanuts when got home found that they Been opened and most of them gone

Do not be fooled this Tesco is big and confusing like most tescos. 2 separate public toilets at either end of the store. Security, and close access to public transport. If this Tesco was easier to navigate it would be an easy 5 starts. Keep up the good work

Normally like shopping at this store, but don't appreciate being sworn at by a Tesco Home delivery driver to his colleague for no apparent reason when I left my car to visit the store to do shopping. This driver needs to learn to keep his comments to himself!

Busy today so there was a queue at trolley self-checkout.However, had everything we wanted. They have had a big reshuffle but we managed to find everything too!

Staff member who on the till was miserable. I get we all have bad days but this was bad. Ignored us when asked politely for a bag, never acknowledged us, no smile, put it through and looked away annoyed. We paid and left. Terrible customer service skills.

Ahhhh man Connie and Susana I scanned the QR code to leave your review on the Tesco site but I needed my 4 numbers from my receipt, and as you well know Connie I said don’t worry about printing it (needless to say now you know next time to insist lol) anyway I’m begrudgingly giving Connie this 5 star review tonight because although she seriously shaded me tonight by sticking up with my mrs she was actually a total breath of fresh air who dealt with 3 very merry ladies (not totally drunk as Connie implied lol) in a very professional, non rhetoric, commercial way she had a laugh with us and that these days is rare as staff who unfortunately work for big corporate companies are now drilled to not have a friendly personal rapport with customers and this is a shame! Connie keep it up it’s well known people either leave these reviews if they have had a bad experience or a really good one and in this case it’s a really good one (do not Google drunk lol) oh and there’s also a shout out to the little conchita Susana who joined us in the end! So to the BM of Pitsea Tesco hold on to these two! And hey train your staff to take a leaf out of their book because trust me these guys make the store and keep you where you are

Baby changing rooms unusable because the doors broken. I heard that there are female staff go into the male toilets. And after going to the toilet a family member said that the cleaner has just cleaned it and it was revolting.

Only place for anyone to go to post parcels in pitsea . Very miserable staff . Need to cheer up at least they have a job to do. Six spaces for cashiers but only ever one or two serving .
