I've been bringing my cats here for years. During Covid they saved my eldest one when she became very poorly all of a sudden. One thing I've always said is that they could do with an automatic door, as their front door is very heavy - alas today I had to struggle in and out by myself, heavily pregnant with two cat carriers as no one could help me. The vets themselves however are always very helpful and great with the cats.

Got in touch with Vets for Pets about a stray cat that lives in our garage who had suffered a leg injury from a bite. We had obtained a code from The RSPCA for free treatment as he wasn't our cat. Basically it felt like they had no intention of treating him and made various excuses until we had to put the phone down as we were getting nowhere. It feels to me like this practice is only there for the money and has no real care or compassion for animals. which is sad.

So lovely on the phone. So helpful when I took my boy cat for the snip that I've signed both my cats up there and joined their complete plan. Couldn't fault them one bit. The staff even cuddled my boy to put him at ease. I'm happy to be their customer.

Very extremely disappointed because I have an appointment taking my dog to this vet today for fleas/worming treatment I didn’t ask for health checks the veterinary lady said that it’s only £42 for the treatment but she hasn’t told me that she charged me for health checks the reception charge me £80 very fuming I will never go there ever again and I will transfer to different vet
