In my opinion that best barber shops have two things - experience and consistency. Crown Barbers has both by the bucket load.This old-school shop has a classic feel to it. The barbers have all clearly been in the business for a while and deliver consistently top quality cuts with a relaxed air of confidence that only comes with experience. Their scissor work is very impressive and they seem to be able to give your hair a stylish finish using a blow-dryer that I'd normally only be able to achieve with a ton of product. I'm yet to leave feeling any less than very happy.If like me, a haircut for you is a once a month necessity that you want to be over with as little fuss as possible, this is the place. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, with the usual chit-chat not necessary unless you want it - the guys just crack on with the job at hand! Highly recommended. Take cash and be prepared to wait up to 30 mins.

Fantastic barbers - I made a meal of cutting my own hair and Crown Barbers managed to rectify the issue in less than 25 minutes - one of the best cuts I've had.

Prices way too high for what you get. I asked for one thing and something else was done.£18 for a sub par skin fade and a skin rash from a used razor blade is abit much. Definitely won't be returning.More than happy to remove this review in return of a refund.

A top class haircut from Mike at Crown as always. 1st class service. Definitely ask for him and only him! Retirement definitely cant come quick enough for others!

Great barbers, open really early (8am) and there's three of them there so max you could be waiting is 10 mins. Quite expensive at around £14 for a standard machine fade haircut, but they are good, professional and efficient. I will definitely be visiting again.

Proceed with caution. Barber was very rude. Very poor customer service. Barber was very grumpy and impatient. I had to go to another barbers to finish the haircut. I don't leave many low reviews, but from my experience here, this place deserves 1 star. Avoid.
