It was quite a painless experience. Bit of a wait as the previous customer consultation was still in progress. Be aware that the figure you get online will change once your vehicle is inspected. There is also an admin fee and a fee to pay if you want payment the next day. All of this is told to you, so it doesn't come as a shock. I thing charging for a next day transaction is a bit cheeky.

I had a less than favourable view of WBAC going into my meeting today however I felt on this occasion I was treated really well. I had the process and the rationale explained clearly and my questions well answered. I received a fair valuation even after the inspection process that I dread. This was straightforward and easy and in complete contrast with the process I had to abort earlier in the day with MOTORWAY. Huge thanks to the lady who sorted everything out for me today!
