This was our teams Christmas party. Nice, warm atmosphere. Our table was a little snug but we all laughed trying to get in. We opted for the festive menu. Soup for starter which was delicious and the turkey for the main. Both came out hot to the table. Our hostess Alice was excellent as this was her 2nd week. She was a sweetheart. An enjoyable evening and a good giggle between us.

The service from your team was great. The food was hot but not enough. The portion sizes have strunk from my pleasant early memories of M&C. The toilets had no functioning hand drier and the floors in the restaurant were dirty. Seating areas in our bay had marks on it food ?Will not be visiting Northampton M&C again. Poor standards for the high price.

We hadn't been here for a few years so we were interested in seeing what it was like now. Reading all the excellent reviews we had really great hopes for a fantastic experience. So we booked a table for a Saturday evening. On arrival the car park was nearly full, this was at 9 pm so a good sign. On entering the premises we were greeted by a very friendly staff member who confirmed our booking and took us to our table. There were quite a few large parties dining but fortunately there were still tables available. The atmosphere was busy yet you could still hear the music and the tables were not too close together to other diners. Always a favourite feature of ours. Again another friendly staff member took our drinks orders and these arrived quite quickly. There was a really nice selection on the menu and the prices didn't seem too expensive. I ordered the smoky half rack of ribs. My wife ordered the hand battered fish. Both dishes arrived not too quickly and were nice and warm, very tasty and freshly cooked. For desserts we ordered a Belgian chocolate brownie and a sticky toffee pudding. Again both were lovely. We both had one drink each and the bill came to just over £53 which I think is very reasonable for a really good experience. We were not disappointed. We have now added this venue to our regular list of places to dine.

Came on a Friday evening and the restaurant was warm and cosy. We got seated quickly and looked after by Sarah. She is such a hard working individual who gave absolutely amazing service, she made sure my partner and I were well looked after as well as everyone in our section of the restaurant. The food was good and came quickly. Overall really good experience would highly recommend.

Great place for some excellent steaks.My normal M & C is Kettering. Been there a few times, with Northampton being the 1st visit. Here we had 4 servers bringing our orders. They were all brilliant, friendly & professional.However, my preference is one server for the whole meal, similar to the Kettering branch.Ample parking space. Just up the slip road & follow it right round the building.

The starters were really nice. However, when asking on my main course if I could swap green's for the Mediterranean vegetables, I was told a flat NO. Not even the choice of paying extra. Even your menu has the mediterranean veg as a side order. I had a different dish which was really nice.Dessert was a let down... apple crumble and custard. The crumble was delicious even though it was vegan. The custard however was awful. Paying £200 for a meal for 4 and to only have the vegan custard that tastes of powder was not good. I'm guessing it was birds powered?When I have no dietary requirements, I don't think that I should be limited to vegan. Especially when it's a steak house.

Huge restaurant, great service. We asked for an area with space for buggy and they gave us the perfect secluded area. Plenty of tables in the restaurant, I can’t imagine it ever hits full capacity. £200 for 5 people with alcoholic drinks, it’s nice but I don’t think its fully deserving of the premium. I’d go again but wouldn’t rush back. Measuring steaks in Ounces only suits old people right? Plenty of free parking.
