We decided to go with Parrys to sell our home and could not have been happier with Patrick’s dealings of the sale. Nothing was too much trouble for him and would manage viewings with ease with excellent feedback. He managed to find the buyer within just 4 weeks of it going up for sale and even kept pushing the buyer to get it completed as soon as possible. We have already recommended Parrys to family who currently have their home for sale with them and Patrick is still doing an excellent job for them too. Will definitely be using again when we outgrow this one!

I have to be honest I usually detest high street estate agents. I usually find them pushy, untruthful and unhelpful. The last two houses I have sold with an internet company.I was dealing with Parrys for a purchase and I was so impressed with them from the outset. There were many times that the purchase became (for one reason or another that I won’t go into now) very challenging - but Patrick and Jane were always there to help and smooth things out.They were extremely professional but yet also caring which in my experience is rare for an estate agent (sorry!!). I could really see the value of having a high St estate agent, because with an online one as soon as you sell or buy you are passed on to another department. But Jane and Patrick were on the end of the phone and it was so reassuring.I wouldn’t hesitate using them if we ever sell, even if it’s a bit more money than an online agent, it’s worth every penny when you get a challenging sale!!

Excellent service to us as buyers. It was a long and complicated process but Jane kept the momentum going and was wonderful in pushing along the solicitors and holding the chain together. We would highly recommended Parrys.
