Not particularly well-stocked (small-ish) local supermarket in the centre of West Moors with an embedded Post Office. Staff friendly and mostly very helpful. Also a 'Local Collect' point which I use frequently for out of hours Amazon parcel deliveries - a bit hit and miss as to whether the staff on duty know the procedures for processing the parcels - some insist, wrongly, that a photo ID is required when this is not the case).

Not a big store and limited choices. Staff not very friendly. A smile when they take your money wouldn't kill them (or would it?). On the whole, it's ok, but I wouldn't say more than that. There is a post office counter inside.

Not long ago this used to be a useful little shop that always had what I was looking for it's still good but it is sliding since they started juggling things around they never have any cold starbucks or Costa cold coffees and the canned coffee they have isn't chilled in the fridge. They stopped selling reduced bakery food for a while because they tried to get you to order it and buy it in bulk but then they stopped it probably because it didn't work. I purchased some crisps and then found out they were nearly two months out of date I wasn't offered a receipt or a bag.

Magic Box scheme was a jokeSeriously they took every crabby out of date and mold ridden item to put in the magic box that was not magic! I would give no stars if I could! You'd get better quality food at a food bank!

Great local store with fast and friendly service, the shop has been recently refurbished and now has much more choice, there is a hot drinks and heated pastry machine. While a little larger then the nearby Tesco it doesn't always seem to have as much choice

I like this store , staff nice and packed with goodies you cant find anywhere else , also the home made style frozen meals look brilliant , great help for the older and younger alike , always a few bargains to be had
