Jade & Ella Nail Spa

I went to Jade and Ella Nail Spa for the first time last week for gel nails. They did a wonderful job; really great quality and neat nails. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. While I was in there, a lady came in to the shop to get out of the rain after her taxi had dropped her off in the wrong place. The staff at Jade and Ella Nail Spa went above and beyond to help this lady, who was actually on the way to a job interview. They rang a taxi for her, and waited outside in the rain with her to make sure she was picked up. Lovely staff.

I love the great quality work that staff at this nail place do and it’s no surprising why it’s full. I was so happy to find it and it being close to my house but today my experience was so disappointing. I was VERY clear about what I wanted from the offset as due to my injury my nail was discoloured. I asked for a darker pink powder to cover as much of the black on my nail, I was informed it will look different to the other nails to which I made my choice to proceed. I appreciated the honesty and as paying customer made my decision that this is what I wanted. However throughout the experience I kept being told that I cannot have what I asked for because it would be different- I kept politely saying I take the risk it’s ok it’s on me just give me what I asked for! The older lady who was doing it was forceful with the choice ( I assumed language barrier so shared with another younger male ) this older lady isn’t as experienced as the others for hands she does the clean ups etc but I didn’t mind her doing my feet as she has painted them before but never powder. I tried to be telling berths the two toenails were different and she wasn’t having it to the point she had to shout in her language and another lady took over who was banging my feet ( she KNOWS I’mTelling the truth- yes you were rude) it’s like being frustrated with me yet I’m only asking for the same thing I did. I never mentioned it I just tried smiling at her saying yes nice ( as she was good and just did it once what I was asking for all along) but the way she was bashing my feet like I’m some object rather than just telling me to move was really upsetting, I was a paying customer and today that experience left me thinking about it all day really upset me I will never come back again. The nails actually came out lovely and I got what I wanted so not even sure why they chose to do that. Please be respectful, if a customer says I want X and I explain the consequences and she says thank u I get it give me that colour anyway just do it! And when a member of staff is not as experienced or is understanding ( older lady) then let themSwap without shouting and making a customer feel out of place! I NEVER raised my voice ( the younger guy who took my money knowthis!) Despite loving the work Elsa silly builder gel which I feel is best in Sandiacre I will not be coming again. Really upset today

This nail place is absolutely brilliant I have been coming since June and cannot fault the service. I visited the salon today for a BIAB infill. I wanted a tiny bit of my nail cut down and a French manicure with a glitter line under. When I went to pay it came to £37?! I was absolutely shocked as I have never payed this much before! My mum had an acrylic infill with loose glitter on every nail and it came to £32?! The prices are completely wrong and so unfair- I have had gel on my natural nail but I’m paying more? I am so disappointed with the service today, my nails are also too short and I have spent so long growing them out. Absolutely gutted.

So good! Got my spooky seasonal nails done here and they were perfect. Really good service and lots of attention to making sure I got what I wanted.

This place was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad I went, don’t usually splash out on nails but treated myself for a holiday and oh boy was it worth every penny, Ella hand painted each design and they are epic so happy!!
